Adult Guardianship Programs

The Indiana Association of Area Agencies on Aging supports the expansion of Adult Guardianship services programs.

The expansion of services beyond those persons who have been residents of state institutions will benefit persons who need such services but have been unable to access them. Expansion will enhance their independence, dignity and quality of life.

We encourage the expansion of the number of adult guardianship programs.  Adult guardianship services are not currently available in all localities and should be available in all areas of the state.
